Psychotherapy for folks of Queer, Poly, kinky, and sex work communities
Therapy that honours who you are, how you love, and the life you live.A Space That Gets You
Are you Queer? Kinky? Polyamorous? And/or a sex worker?
Dirty Laundry Therapy is where your “out of the norm” is just another Monday. We see clients virtually, Canada-wide. We understand the unique challenges that come with living outside the mainstream — and we offer therapy that meets you there, without judgment or assumptions.
Dirty Laundry Therapy is a place to air it all out.
It may be for you if…
You’re struggling with:
Understanding what seems to be going wrong in:
- Your relationships;
- The way you speak to yourself;
- You feel shame and despair.
You’re seeking:
- Redemption from the narrative of your life;
- A way to shift your self-criticism into empowerment;
- Self-understanding
You’re curious about:
- Potential areas of growth;
- The source of your fears;
- Being challenged.
Get to know who’s behind Dirty Laundry Therapy
I’m Céleste (they/them), a Queer, French-Canadian, and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I’m someone who believes therapy doesn’t need to be clinical or sugar-coated to be effective.
I opened this practice to create a space that feels real. The kind of place where you can show up messy, unsure, overwhelmed — and still be met with curiosity, support, honesty, and care.
Curious about how it all started?
We know that life’s messy, and that’s OK.
